American Scientific is happy to accept a completed credit application from wholesale and resale companies. You can do this by downloading our credit application here and faxing the completed form to us. We cannot sell to end users or the public. Upon approval we would set up a customer account with terms. Your username / password would also be supplied which is necessary to view prices online and add products to the shopping cart. American Scientific is happy to accept official purchase orders from wholesale and resale companies. American Scientific sets up terms with customers. Most customers pay by company check. Our International customers typically pay by wire transfer. American Scientific is able to customize products we already sell as well as source new products. Our exciting product range covers materials in all sciences, math, and geography. Management has experience in the manufacturing and supply of educational materials for over 25 years. We own and control manufacturing of educational materials including wooden and glassware products. Our import/export business is spread over all five continents. We are innovative in our field and have a strong team of dedicated researchers. We have extensive experience and expertise in designing and custom building products to suit the needs of various curriculums around the world. Products are provided with instructions, available in multiple languages, and we offer online support for all our products. Our background has provided extensive knowledge of international trade and adaptability to curriculum requirements at a national level. back to top 10. How do I make changes to existing orders? If you would need to make a change to an existing order please contact us by phone: (888) 490-9002, or by re-faxing purchase order notating change to: (614) 764-9043. back to top 11. When will my order arrive? Items in stock will be shipped within 5-10 business days of the receipt of your order. As we source our inventory worldwide, please allow 6-8 weeks for items not in stock. Very heavy and bulky items may need more time. We use UPS Ground service for the majority of our domestic shipments and provide tracking information right on the invoice for your convenience. back to top 12. Can I track my Order? Yes. We use UPS Ground service for the majority of our domestic shipments. The charges typically are added to the invoice after it has shipped. Many customers prefer us to ship Collect on a provided account number. back to top 14. What is your return policy? We offer 30 days unconditional guarantee on any product sold by us. Please do not return any goods without written agreement from us. Each request for return must include customer s order number, our invoice number, and reasons for return. Please submit a Return Request here. Returns are not allowed on the goods supplied on special order basis and merchandise past 90 days of invoicing. The goods being returned must be in new condition, securely packed, and shipped prepaid to American Scientific LLC. All goods ordered in error are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
