Return Policy

American Scientific can only accept returns that are accompanied by our Return Materials Authorization(RMA)Form. You may download a RMA form here, or request a form by fax (614-764-9043) or by email (office@american-scientific.com). Your completed RMA form will be assigned an authorization number that will not be valid after 30 days. Please note that all requests must include your purchase order number, our invoice number, our item number, quantity you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns are not allowed on goods supplied on 'special order basis' nor on merchandise past 90 days of invoicing. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with shipping prepaid. All goods ordered in error are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Replacements can be sent upon request and credits will be issued after the returned goods have been received and processed.
